REGISTRATION

 

Registration will be open from 11:00AM to 2:30PM on Monday, June 30th in front of the putting green. All players must register. If you are not able to make it to registration, please email william@britishcolumbiagolf.org

 

The Greater Victoria Sport Tourism Commission has arranged several discounts to local attractions for yourself, guests, and coaches. You can find more information here.

 

PLAYER MEETING

 

There will be 30-minute player meeting on Sunday, June 29th at 4:00PM via Microsoft Teams. The meeting time and link is below. Players MUST attend this meeting. Failure to attend may result in DISQUALIFICATION.

SCHEDULE

 

The schedule is available here. Tee times for the First & Second Round are now available on the event website under “Tee Sheets”. Third and Fourth Round tee times will be based on score with leaders off last and available 60 minutes after the previous round. Both fields will be cut to the top 50% and ties after 36 holes.

 

PRACTICE ROUND

 

All players are entitled to a Practice Round on Monday, June 30th and should sign up on the event website under “Tee Sheets” or by clicking here.

 

YARDAGE & TEES

 

Maximum yardage will be posted on the Tournament Website under “Player Documents”. All players will play from the British Columbia Golf tee markers.

 

BETTER BALL

 

There is an optional Better Ball competition at this Championship. Players will provide their pairing at registration. Players who do not provide a pairing will not be paired up or appear on the Better Ball leaderboard.

 

PLAYOFF

 

If needed, there will be a playoff for First and Third place in the Junior Girls Championship.

 

POLICIES & CODE OF CONDUCT

 

Players should familiarize themselves with all Championships policies. British Columbia Golf Player Code of Conduct is in effect.

 

CADDIES

 

Caddies are not permitted.


COACHES

 

Please ask your coach to email william@britishcolumbiagolf.org if they will be attending the championship. Coaches must be members of the PGA of Canada. Accreditation will be available in the tournament office upon your arrival.

 

RANGE BALLS

 

The Driving Range will be open one hour before the first tee time daily. Range balls will be available at the driving range. 

 

PRIZES

 

The champion will receive a trophy. The top three will receive a gold, silver, or bronze medal.

 

PLAYER MEALS & RESTAURANT HOURS

 

Players will receive a meal after each competitive round (July 1, 2, 3, 4). Please provide your server with your name and you may order off the menu.

 

The restaurant is open at 11:00AM daily, snack shack is open 7:00AM daily.

 

SCORE POSTING

 

BC Golf will post all scores to the Golf Canada Score Centre after the Championship.
